  Town Square Shopping Center has other businesses so some of the parking slots in front of these businesses are designated for their customers. GC Service folks take those slots away because they are to lazy to walk from the big parking lot to their place of work so they take the other slots close to the building. Daily I have folks parking in my customer slots. Starting Monday their cars will be towed at their expense to the impound lot this includes parking in our only handicap slot. We pay yearly to the landlord for the 4 spots we have and have been since 2004. Please inform your employees that there are other parking behind the building that your business is paying the landlord for but is not getting used. One business has already placed towing signs now we will be the second.

  I worked here for nearly four years, and held various positions ranging from floor collector to traffic analyst. The job itself is easy. Memorize a script, learn the software, pretend you don't want to kill yourself every moment you're there. The offices are filthy, the managers play favorites, sexual harassment is par for the course. The rules regarding snacks in the office change weekly, which is bad news for someone with medical conditions who needs to eat something more substantial than vending machine snacks. The machines are usually empty or broken anyway. The good news is that they'll hire any slob who can pass a drug test. The bad news is that everyone is expendable, they're stingy about allowing the use of vacation time (I should know, I was required to deny plenty of leave...), and FMLA is unnecessarily difficult to obtain here. I spent nearly a month being given the runaround when my doctor had already sent everything they needed. If you've come to the point of desperation requiring you to apply here, try not to stay as long as I did. At this time of writing, I can almost guarantee any new hires will be funneled into the Toyota collections "project", where folks are let go faster than they can be trained. Please let this be a temporary job if you have to work here. It will suck the soul out of you.

  Two stars because of people on the floor working. The place was filthy! Break room cubicles and training room alike. Seemed like nobody ever dusted in there. Management was pretty cool, but I only was there for like a week and a half because I was waiting on a job offer so I needed something in the mean time. Employees were rude and nasty to one another no cohesion at all whatsoever. Employees having arguments with management because they didn't like the answer they got so they went to someone else. Favoritism for sure and no professionalism on the part of the agents on the floor with the exception of a select few. Inappropriate conversations while between calls. I could not would not ever work at a call center. Management was understaffed and unorganized and it probably had more to do with being understaffed. Look elsewhere unless you need to make ends meet temporarily.
